Elas representam o elo entre os investidores e as empresas que est\u00e3o captando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes do marco regulat\u00f3rio (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvm.gov.br\/menu\/regulados\/plataformas_de_crowdfunding\/Plataformas-eletronicas-de-investimento-participativo-crowdfunding.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICVM n\u00ba 588<\/a>) publicado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) em julho de 2017, existiam no mercado apenas 4 plataformas. Ap\u00f3s a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, esse n\u00famero tem crescido a cada m\u00eas resultando em um total de&nbsp;<strong>26 plataformas registradas na CVM<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o em 27\/11\/2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No desenvolvimento de suas atividades, as plataformas assumem uma s\u00e9rie de&nbsp;<strong>obriga\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>&nbsp;em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s sociedades empres\u00e1rias, aos investidores e \u00e0s ofertas. Podemos destacar entre os principais deveres das plataformas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assegurar que as&nbsp;<strong>empresas<\/strong>&nbsp;que queiram captar recursos por meio de seus servi\u00e7os sejam<strong>&nbsp;regularmente constitu\u00eddas<\/strong>, e que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es por elas prestadas sejam verdadeiras, consistentes, corretas e suficientes, para permitir aos investidores uma tomada de decis\u00e3o de investimento fundamentada;<\/li><li>Garantir que o&nbsp;<strong>valor mobili\u00e1rio<\/strong>&nbsp;emitido pela empresa&nbsp;<strong>esteja de acordo com o seu tipo societ\u00e1rio<\/strong>, al\u00e9m de assegurar que os&nbsp;<strong>contratos de investimento<\/strong>&nbsp;garantam aos investidores alguns direitos essenciais previstos na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, especialmente em hip\u00f3teses de convers\u00e3o de t\u00edtulos ou de aliena\u00e7\u00e3o do controle da sociedade;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Manter&nbsp;<strong>servi\u00e7o de atendimento ao investidor<\/strong>, respons\u00e1vel pelo esclarecimento de d\u00favidas e pelo recebimento de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es dos investidores, bem como de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es provenientes da CVM;<\/li><li>Manter um&nbsp;<strong>f\u00f3rum eletr\u00f4nico de discuss\u00e3o<\/strong>&nbsp;para cada oferta de acesso restrito aos investidores destinat\u00e1rios da oferta em que seja poss\u00edvel encaminhar d\u00favidas, solicitar informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais, manifestar opini\u00f5es a respeito da oferta ou da empresa, e interagir por meio eletr\u00f4nico com os demais investidores.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Abaixo voc\u00ea encontra as plataformas mais relevantes do mercado brasileiro segregadas de acordo com o&nbsp;<strong>tipo de oferta<\/strong>&nbsp;(equity crowdfunding, real state, etc) e ordenadas de acordo com a&nbsp;<strong>data de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM<\/strong>, ou seja, as primeiras plataformas de cada t\u00f3pico foram as primeiras a receberem a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM para exercerem a atividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram extra\u00eddas dos sites das plataformas no momento de produ\u00e7\u00e3o desse texto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Startups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eqseed.com\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=investir&amp;utm_content=im&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiA0ZHwBRCRARIsAK0Tr-omxo6K3C3WTbnzrUz5MmmXZ9foUI_fdXOTgFlsBQf1uKsRcFVG75EaArfZEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EQSEED<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plataforma com mais de 29 mil membros, R$ 30.485.000,00 investidos em 24 empresas diferentes atrav\u00e9s de 30 rodadas. Entre as empresas podemos citar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apprendafixa.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">App Renda Fixa<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/horusaeronaves.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Horus Aeronaves<\/a>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mepassaai.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Me Passa A\u00ed<\/a>. Segundo site, a plataforma possui um r\u00edgido processo de sele\u00e7\u00e3o que aprova menos de 1% das empresas analisadas. Nenhuma oferta dispon\u00edvel para capta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.startmeup.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre num novo separador)\">STARTMEUP<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plataforma com R$ 11.570.000,00 investidos em 13 empresas, que incluem&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ladydriver.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lady Driver<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drcannabis.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Cannabis<\/a>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/petitebox.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Petitebox<\/a>&nbsp;entre outras. Segundo o site, a plataforma investe dinheiro pr\u00f3prio em todas as ofertas disponibilizadas para capta\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa \u00e9 a plataforma de investimento em startups da&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.startse.com\/?gclid=Cj0KCQiAl5zwBRCTARIsAIrukdMhZjcGJwExYBrr_o1lsJNpy8c_5iwSDxi9CZuKnDs5BJlTapHvnC8aAgPnEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">StartSe<\/a>. Duas ofertas em rodada de investimento:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaksburritos.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oak&#8217;s<\/a>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inovapictor.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InovaPictor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algumas plataformas n\u00e3o possuem capta\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas por\u00e9m possuem ofertas abertas a investimento:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cluster21.com.br\/pt-br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CLUSTER21<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wiztartup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WIZTARTUP<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkainvest.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LINKA INVEST<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Imobili\u00e1rio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale lembrar que ap\u00f3s a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, algumas empresas do setor tamb\u00e9m optaram por passar a operar sob a jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central do Brasil, realizando opera\u00e7\u00f5es conhecidas como OAVs (Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Ativas Vinculadas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nessa categoria, a submiss\u00e3o dos projetos e posterior capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos \u00e9 feita geralmente pela<strong>&nbsp;incorporadora<\/strong>. Os investidores ir\u00e3o&nbsp;<strong>financiar coletivamente um investimento imobili\u00e1rio<\/strong>&nbsp;e em troca receber\u00e3o uma parte do Valor Geral de Vendas (VGV) daquele empreendimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessa forma, as ofertas apresentam um potencial de retorno definido que gira em torno de 120% a 200% do CDI. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel encontrar na maioria das plataformas um simulador de investimentos, onde o investidor preenche alguns dados como o valor investido, por exemplo, e tem uma no\u00e7\u00e3o do retorno projetado ao final do per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/urbe.me\/?vt_roi=1&amp;utm_expid=.hwxdIxa-TfOIQv2wo6gvyQ.1&amp;utm_referrer=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">URBE.ME<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plataforma com 5.102 investidores ativos, R$ 54.000.000,00 investidos em mais de 50 rodadas de capta\u00e7\u00e3o.
